Question by Carrie: What is the best way to have the sex talk with my 13yr old daughter,she doesn't want to listen when i try.

She tries to change the subject when i bring it up.I told her that i would listen to her questions,and would not judge ect ect,but she just won't open up to me.I feel i need to do this before she becomes interested in sex.

you have to understand that it's REALLY awkward talking about sex with your parents. chances are, your daughter is intelligent-- they probably have classes in school anyway. i'd wait until she's a bit more comfortable with even saying the word "sex" and ... move it from there.
